"In Coonabarabran, on Burra Bee Bee Mission, there is a big mountain called Forky. The children there used to climb it, at the top there was this big cave and Mother Tongue Bung lived inside. She was some kind of historical creature with a long long long tongue. When the children were naughty or anything was going on she would make a loud noise and grumble and the mountain would rumble. Her tongue would come down and swish anybody up, making all the children scatter."
